1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ATS Winner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ATS Winner is an AI-powered resume analysis tool that compares your resume against job descriptions to provide keyword matching scores, recommendations, and suggested improvements. Our analysis is intended as guidance only and does not guarantee interview invitations or job offers.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use ATS Winner. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Single Scan: a one-time purchase granting one resume scan credit.
  • Monthly Subscription: unlimited scans billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
  • Quarterly Subscription: unlimited scans billed every 3 months at a discounted rate. Cancel anytime.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Refund requests can be made by contacting support@atswinner.com within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload malicious files or content.
  • Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without permission.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any resumes and content you upload. ATS Winner retains ownership of its software, analysis algorithms, and service infrastructure. The analysis results generated for you are yours to use as you see fit.

7. Limitation of Liability

ATS Winner provides resume analysis as-is without warranty. We are not liable for any hiring outcomes, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on our analysis. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
